When you choose to “Support” cure.care, you are making a voluntary contribution to help sustain our website infrastructure, medical research, and editorial oversight.

  • Non-Refundable Nature: As these contributions are immediately utilized to maintain our public-interest operations, support payments are generally non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: If you believe a technical error occurred during the transaction (such as a duplicate charge) or if an unauthorized transaction was made, please contact us within 30 days for a manual review.

3. Digital Content and Services

All content provided on cure.care is accessible for free as part of our educational mission. If we offer premium digital products (such as downloadable e-books or guides) in the future:

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital downloads, these items are considered “used” upon being opened or downloaded and are non-refundable.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical failure preventing you from accessing a digital product you have paid for, we will provide a replacement or a fix. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. No Physical Goods

cure.care does not sell, ship, or handle physical merchandise. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for physical items.

  • We do not sell perishable goods (food, flowers).

  • We do not sell sanitary or health care products.

  • We do not sell physical media (CDs, DVDs, or books).

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
